John D. McIlmoil
Public Relations Student. And this is my story
About
MY BACKGROUND
John was born in Provo, Utah and is a graduate of Timpview High School. This past summer he moved to New York for an Internship with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in their New York Office of Public and International Affairs. He helped handle all diplomatic relations with the United Nations. John is currently a senior studying Public Relations. He is currently serving as the Executive-Vice President of the Utah Valley Institute student council and is also on Utah’s UN youth committee where he is involved in planning the 68th United Nations Department of Public Information NGO (UN DPI/NGO) Conference which will be held in Utah in August.
During fall you can find John on his couch watching college football. John is very passionate about sports. Something he learned from athletics is that hard work pays off. He also loves Marvel. He’d say his favorite movie is Avengers: Infinity War which he has watched over 20 times. When he has free time he likes to jeep, mountain bike and be with his family and friends. He served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guatemala.
